The S.T.A.R. Chapter Foundation is a federally recognized 501(c)3 organization.  
 

The S.T.A.R. Chapter Foundation, Inc.​ with the support of various individuals, groups, and organizations has provided financial stewardship for its core scholarship initiatives.
Through its efforts, the Foundation has awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars to college bound students from the Tri-State area. The S.T.A.R. Chapter Foundation's endowments have touched the lives of countless local students over the years.
